Billy D. Peel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mortgage Capital Services LLC, bringing more than 40 years of experience in mortgage lending, commercial real estate finance, banking, and financial consulting. Since establishing Mortgage Capital in 1995, Billy has helped individuals, investors, and businesses evaluate financing strategies designed around their specific needs and long-term objectives.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Development and a minor in Finance, Billy has also completed advanced graduate-level coursework in finance. Billy holds both Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker licenses in Georgia and South Carolina. He has extensive experience structuring residential, commercial, investment, and Private Equity.
Today, Billy focuses on providing practical guidance, personalized service, and financing solutions that help clients protect assets, improve financial flexibility, and make informed real estate decisions.
